This was a great hotel to stay at. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is optimal next to some restaurants, an entire food market/court, several banks/atms, an entire mall, supermarket, the metro station etc. All super close, walkable, and easily accessible. Otherwise Ubers/bolts are very short rides to other attractions you want to go to. Not only that, the hotel is right near one of Porto’s most important landmarks: Praça de Boavista.

Been here a couple of days and it's been very mixed so far. The room is very nice and spacious and the food the we had at the restaurant on the first night was lovely. However the service at the Bar area is non-existent. Decided to go down to the bar to watch the football (as can't get any stations to work on the room TV) and there was no one at the bar. Never been to a hotel bar before that's left unattended. Spoken to someone at reception who said that someone would be with me shortly, and someone else then came over a few minutes later to say someone was on there way. Waited a few more minutes and when no one arrived, decided to go back to my room. Very disappointing service, why have a bar with no one to serve drinks. If you stay at this hotel I recommend to either bring some drinks back with you to the room or go for drinks somewhere else. This will be my one and only time staying at this hotel.

April 7th to 8th. I initially made a mistake because the hotel next door had a similar name. The front desk staff explained things clearly in easy to understand English, which was a great help. The room was spacious, had plenty of storage, and was clean. The location was also good, with a nearby supermarket.(Froiz Supermercados) That was open until 22:00. It was quiet at night, so I slept well. There was a wide variety of breakfast options. Pastel de Nata in particular were crispy and delicious. I almost fainted in the morning.
