We stayed here for two nights. The staff is friendly and very professional. The rooms are large, modern and look almost brand new. The breakfast buffet was quite frankly unbelievable. There was a wide arrangement between traditional breakfast food plus a wide arrangement of cheeses, meats, vegetables and fresh fruits. Travel to and from key city sites was under 8 euros by uber. Grocery store within 200 meters. Overall a great stay!

We stayed at this hotel for one night during our visit to Porto. While it is located slightly outside the city center, that was actually one of the reasons we chose it, as it offered a quieter and more relaxed environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Francisco at the front desk made an exceptional first impression. He was friendly, professional, engaging, and genuinely welcoming. During the check-in process, he took the time to have a pleasant conversation with me while another member of our group was being assisted by a different staff member. His warmth, confidence, and attentiveness were particularly noticeable and elevated the overall arrival experience. Francisco exemplified the level of hospitality that guests hope to encounter when checking into a hotel. Our room on the 10th floor was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. It was clean, well-maintained, and featured ample lighting throughout. The bedding was especially cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the room provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The lobby area was inviting and thoughtfully designed, with a welcoming bar that created a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing or socializing. It felt like a vibrant yet comfortable space where guests could unwind after a day of exploring Porto. Although our stay was brief, it left a lasting positive impression, largely thanks to the outstanding hospitality we received from Francisco. His professionalism and genuine friendliness made us feel valued as guests from the moment we arrived. When we return to the Porto area, we would have no hesitation in staying here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable stay paired with excellent service.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Crowne Plaza Porto and would happily repeat. Staff were efficient and friendly. We ordered an airport pick up on arrival due to general strike affecting public transport and it worked out perfectly. We had a night cap every night in the nice bar. Room was comfortable and everything worked well. Really quiet until the last night when some very noisy guests had a bit of an after party in their room but it seemed to be handled swiftly by the hotel and they kept it down.
