Four Points by Sheraton Seoul, Guro

The area is a bit further than others to reach the city center, but still just 5 min walk to the metro line 9. I arrived in the early morning, and the front desk was very kind to let me check in early at 12. The room was big enough, with good ventilation and space, maybe just the sink in the bathroom was quite low. I booked a package with breakfast, and I really enjoyed the food variety, ranging from local food to more western options. Being Italian, I still enjoyed even the pizza for breakfast, and there are two different coffee beans to select from the coffee machine. Just outside the hotel, there is a Olive young, which is quite convenient, and the area nearby has several shops and restaurants.

So, the rooms are just basic. There is a weird smell in the room. I thought it was the carpet, but I think it's coming from the bathroom drains. The smell of sulphur and something else weird. The room itself is well insulated and bit stuffy even with the window opened.The buffet at the hotel was very good. I would suggest fresh juice or expand the beverage selection. Just staying for a night, so it's doable.

The rooms are nice and clean. They have a good location also and very convenient to walk around also. Best is to plan ur day based on the location of your hotel as using the train station can be tricky. No so tourist friendly and I prefer using the bus stations as I feel it is easier to follow. The room is equip with bathroom amenities tho they don’t provide toothpaste/toothbrush/shaving kit for sustainability so ensure to bring your personal kit. It’s actually good for the environment so I give full support on this. They also provide this water dispenser in the room so they got rid of plastic bottles although the taste of the water was different and it has this lots of white particles so I didn’t really use it. At the reception they also have this vending machine that you can purchase toiletries / bottled water etc and a machine where you can exchange your foreign currency.
