This is one the best hotel experiences in my life (coming from someone who travels a lot- ritz Carlton, andaz) Customer service is exceptional- shout out to Chris yoon - please give him a promotion. He went out of his way to help us from making appointments at the Korean bathhouse to helping us arrange our 12 seater van. They have concierge services who are fluent in English, mandarin, etc. You would never find this type of service in the USA- it is just out of this world exceptional! And it is experiences like this that makes your adventures worth remembering! Thank you Chris Yoon! The rooms are spacious- we got a suite and they allow us to check in earlier because they had an availability. The bathroom was so luxurious- I used the bathtub everyday. They didn’t allow kids in the pools. The bathroom has a separate large shower and tub! It’s super convenient, close to the airport bus station, connected to the malls, and walking distance to the subways. I never had an issue hailing a taxi! Get the breakfast buffet, it’s great value- so much diversity and selections! Don’t hesitate to book this hotel, it is a great value!
