As a solo mum with 2 kids, we truly appreciate the hospitality that the hotel extended to us. Front desk staff were always polite and helpful, rooms were clean and location is absolutely great. Just cross the street right in front of the hotel and it brings you right into the shopping and dining areas. Special thanks to the Manager at the daily breakfast place for showing us so much kindness. We would love to be back someday! Thank you!

I'm afraid I did not rate the size and quality of rooms at this hotel. They are dated and shabby and dark the only view being the windows of the building opposite which are only a couple of metres away. This hotel would greatly benefit from a good refurbishment of the rooms and common areas as they are really quite downmarket. However the staff are extremely helpful and polite and go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was varied and had plenty of choice. You can't knock the location of this hotel right in the heart of Seoul and Myeongdong district.

I booked this hotel for 11 nights in May back in October last year. Unfortunately when the payment in full was due to come out a week before my stay the incorrect card details were on file. So instead of giving me the opportunity to at least provide a new card they just cancelled my booking. No phone calls, no email, no request for new card. Just cancelled my booking at 1am! They don't answer their phone and did not reply to three emails. If I wanted to re book for these same nights it's going to cost me almost $5000.00! Which is just insane. So incredibly disappointed at the position I've been left in as I've now I'm in an awful position where I need to come up with thousands of dollars to book a hotel a week out from my trip. This has caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety. I'm so shocked the hotel wouldn't give me the chance to give a new card. It would have been so simple to just ask for a different card.
