Dora Observatory is the observation point closest to the border with North Korea. Through binoculars you can see the villages on the other side.
It is one of the most unusual stops on a Korea trip and one of the most sobering. On the same excursion you also visit the Third Infiltration Tunnel, so the day shows you the line that divides the peninsula from two sides.
