Good location, 5mins from JR Nara. I travelled to Nara directly from Kansai Airport and the airport bus dropped me right at the JR, 5mins walk from the hotel. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, get all the vegetables intake for the day from the morning breakfast!

I don't know what happened but I got this around half the price as other comparable hotels in the area so had pretty low expectations but was pleasantly surprised it was actually a step up. There was enough room to leave my suitcase open on the floor, breakfast was good, climate control was good, the only thing is I wish the bed wasn't up against the window since that's the coldest part of the room. Great location right by the station.
