The hotel was esthetically pleasing however the beds and pillows were one step away from cardboard and the wifi did not work in the room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was 2/10

The hotel was very clean and the service so friendly, kind and helpful. The location was tough to get to anything. We had to Taxi everywhere. The sidewalks were not usable as there are none. We were looking forward to using the pool but it's empty and unfinished. Other than that very nice place, although the toilet was right up in front of the shower. To sit properly i had to open the shower doors to put my feet in it to sit normally. Or ruin thermostat ran cold air only. Couldn't turn it off unless we opened the windrow.

Great location if you are driving in Tuscany. It’s about 7-10 mins drive from the parking lot near town center in Siena. Room is a bit basic but with that price you should calibrate your expectations. It serves the purpose. I want to emphasize that Linda at the reception is the reason I had such a great impression of Siena. She made sure that we got clear directions and how to navigate through the town. I feel warmly welcomed.
