We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The view from our room (602) was outstanding — we couldn’t have asked for a better one. Breakfast had a huge selection, and the service was consistently friendly and efficient. We also ordered room service one evening and were once again very impressed with both the quality. The spa is surprisingly spacious for a hotel of this size and was a lovely bonus. But what stood out most to me was the cleanliness. Swiss hotels are generally exceptionally clean, but this one genuinely topped them all. Everything was perfectly spotless, and I absolutely loved that! Overall, a fantastic stay and somewhere I would happily return to.

A short walk from the main train station, with great amenities and awesome views of the Matterhorn. Hands down the best hotel we stayed in for our trip in Switzerland. Very thoughtful design and comfort is a priority. The pool was warm, with amazing views. They have 3 saunas, with different temperatures at 50°C, 70 and 85°C!! It is a family-run business and we had a great time staying here!

The place was amazing! The service was excellent, and the apartment was beautiful. Everything you need is within walking distance. If I ever come back to Zermatt, I will definitely stay here again. A special thank you to the receptionist with the curly blond hair—she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
