Bellerive

An incredibly nice hotel in a great location with friendly and prompt service. We arrived at the main train station, gave the hotel a call once we were out in the main square, and they were there to pick us up in their little electric vehicle within a few minutes. Nice cozy room with a good layout, natural floors, a tub, shower, and modern toilet. Balcony that looks west, but is great for people watching in the afternoon. Spa downstairs. Absolutely would stay here again.

Our stay at Hotel Bellerive in Zermatt was simply exceptional and without a doubt the best hotel experience we had in Switzerland. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness made us feel truly pampered. Our room was incredibly comfortable and beautifully designed. Waking up under the skylight and seeing the Matterhorn right from our bed was absolutely breathtaking and something we will never forget. Breakfast was another highlight: delicious, fresh, and with an impressive variety of choices. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and of excellent quality. The complimentary shuttle service, available on request, made getting around effortless and was just another example of the outstanding service provided by the hotel. Hotel Bellerive perfectly combines comfort, warmth, and exceptional hospitality. If we return to Zermatt, there is no question where we will stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

I can’t wait to come back again is how I’ll start this review. We arrived to Zermatt June 11 and stayed till June 13. The hotel was about a 10 min walk but they do offer a ride for pick up and drop off so good to know if you have a lot of luggage. We stayed in the Panorama Cosy Room which was perfect for us and plenty of room. Pictures from the booking matched what we experienced/saw here. I wish I took more pictures of the room. The service was impeccable, everyone who works here is super nice and so informative. I loved the breakfast here. Fresh cold cuts, pastries, bread, eggs, sausage and more. So fresh too! Worst part was leaving but we will return!
