CERVO Mountain Resort

I had the pleasure of staying at CERVO Mountain Resort for two nights, and it was absolutely amazing. The rooms are beautifully designed, stylish, and full of attention to detail. The culinary Outlets were also outstanding: from Bazaar to Madre Nostra and Ferdinand, each concept is top-notch and a real experience in itself. I would especially like to highlight the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. A special thank you goes to Elena and Johanna at the front desk. they were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and truly elevated the entire stay. But honestly, the whole CERVO team deserves recognition you feel welcome and well taken care of from start to finish. I will definitely be back!

One of the best hotels we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. We loved everything, from the cozy room and incredibly comfortable Hästens bed to the delicious breakfast and beautiful spa. My partner also had a massage and absolutely loved it. We also joined one of the complimentary yoga sessions, which was very relaxing and enjoyable. We really appreciated all the activities included in the stay, as they made the experience feel even more special 😊 This is definitely a place we’ll keep on our list and would love to return to in different seasons.

I initially got very sick during the dates I had booked, and the hotel was incredibly accommodating in moving my reservation until I recovered—something I truly appreciated. Once we arrived, the experience was amazing. The staff was attentive, the service was excellent, and the room was absolutely beautiful with stunning views. The ski-in, ski-out access made everything so convenient, and the breakfast was great as well. Overall, this hotel is a 10/10. I would highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Zermatt.
