The Westin Park Central

We recently hosted our daughter’s wedding reception at The Westin Dallas Park Central, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the tasting with Chef Matt to the planning, layout, and design with Nicole, every detail was handled professionally and thoughtfully. As the wedding approached, my wife and I actually became less stressed because we felt completely confident that The Westin had everything under control. On the night of the reception, Pepe, Julio, Luis, and Karen worked like a well-oiled machine. I never had to search for anyone or ask twice for help. They seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even asked. When you invest so much in such an important event, you want to feel good about your decision, and The Westin delivered in every way. Chloe at the front desk also made a lasting impression. The bridal preparation room became very warm, and she immediately contacted engineering. When I later asked whether we could get more fans, I mentioned that everyone at the hotel had been so helpful and that no one had told me “no.” Chloe simply replied, “And we won’t.” That response meant more to me than she probably realized. We also accidentally left money in the safe after checking out. By the time I called the next morning, the staff had already secured it in the hotel vault and was waiting for us to identify it. That level of honesty and professionalism says everything about this hotel and its employees. I have stayed here three times this year, and The Westin Dallas Park Central will now be our hotel whenever we visit Dallas. Thank you to the entire staff for helping make our daughter’s wedding reception such a memorable and wonderful experience.

This hotel has truly set the bar high for every other Marriott property. This was my first stay at the Westin in Dallas, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Laura Jacobson went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of amazing. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The General Manager also took the time to personally introduce himself, which was a wonderful touch. I even overheard him checking in with staff to make sure they were doing well—something that speaks volumes about the culture and leadership at this property. The room was spotless, the service was outstanding, and every interaction exceeded expectations. If you’re staying in the Dallas area, I highly recommend choosing this property. I will absolutely be back.

Our Westin experience has been wonderful. The hotel is clean and our room is spacious. The restaurant was good. But what made our experience next level was the staff. Felicia helped us with check in and was easily the most wonderful check in person we’ve ever experienced. Chloe helped us with extending our stay and was also so helpful and sweet. We will be in Dallas often with a new grandbaby here and won’t even consider staying at another hotel. Thank you, Westin!
