stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. room was comfortable and clean, bathroom was spacious and neat. customer service however was slightly disappointing. they would sometimes look at us approach the counter then look away (either to their computers or to other staff) without asking if we needed any assistance. read reviews for this hotel before booking about how friendly and beyond the staff are here so our expectations were high. they were also not very approachable because of their demeanor. there was a card game tournament happening simultaneously and there were guests being rowdy in the lobby. a staff came to yell at them to make them quiet down. i understand that they needed to control the situation but this made it harder for us to approach the said staff for help right after. we also lost a slightly expensive item in the room after we requested cleaning. we asked the front for any updated regarding the lost item and one of them shrugged nonchalantly slightly rude. also, we tried for hours on our first day trying to connect the tv to wifi so we can stream our device screens on it but it was not possible. we asked a staff and they said they’ll check on it, never did. overall, the rooms were wonderful, the location was convenient, the cleaning staff in the morning greet you warmly, the front lobby staff can be a bit intimidating.

I had one of the most terrifying hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and what made it even worse was the complete lack of empathy from the hotel staff. I was trapped inside the bathroom for almost 20 minutes because the toilet door was faulty. I didn’t have my phone with me, so I had no way to call for help. Imagine being locked in a small bathroom, not knowing how long you’ll be stuck there or whether anyone even knows you’re trapped. As someone who suffers from anxiety, this was extremely distressing. I was panicking and desperately trying to free myself using whatever I could find in the bathroom, including a tongue cleaner. After nearly 20 minutes of struggling, I finally managed to force the door open myself. The first thing I did was call the hotel reception to report the incident. Instead of asking if I was okay or apologising for what had happened, I was simply told that someone would come up to check the bathroom door. There was no urgency, no concern, and no offer to move us to another room despite the safety issue. About 10 minutes later, a male staff member came to our room. His attitude was equally disappointing. He showed no sympathy whatsoever. He did not ask if I was alright after being trapped, nor did he apologise on behalf of the hotel. Instead, he simply handed us a room key card without saying anything meaningful and offered no reassurance or explanation. It felt as though what I had just gone through didn’t matter at all. Being trapped in a bathroom because of a faulty door is already a frightening experience. Having hotel staff respond with such indifference made it far worse. Customer service isn’t just about fixing a problem—it’s about showing compassion when a guest has gone through something traumatic. A simple “I’m so sorry this happened to you. Are you okay?” would have made a world of difference, but there was none of that. I expected much better from a hotel in Singapore. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and unimportant. This incident has completely ruined my impression of the hotel. I hope the management takes this seriously by inspecting every bathroom door to ensure no other guest experiences what I did, and by training staff to respond with empathy when guests report serious incidents. No one should have to go through what I experienced. This incident occurred in Room 1134. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

One of the most appreciated aspects of staying here is how stress-free the area feels — there’s less traffic congestion, more open spaces, and a calmer energy compared to downtown Singapore. Even simple walks around the Changi Business Park area feel pleasant because of the greenery, organized infrastructure, and peaceful environment. Combined with its close proximity to Changi Airport, the hotel becomes an excellent choice for travelers looking for comfort, accessibility, and a refined modern atmosphere without sacrificing connectivity to the rest of the city.
