My recent stay at Four Seasons Singapore was a truly memorable experience and a wonderful reflection of the brand’s reputation for exceptional hospitality. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the room. The design embraced a sense of quiet luxury, with elegant furnishings, warm colour tones, and a timeless aesthetic that created an atmosphere of comfort and sophistication. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, resulting in a space that was both relaxing and refined. It was the perfect retreat after a busy day in the city. I was also impressed by the quality of the dining experience. The French toast was particularly outstanding—beautifully presented, perfectly executed, and a delightful start to the day. The attention to detail in both the food and service was evident throughout. What truly sets Four Seasons Singapore apart is the consistently warm and attentive service. The team demonstrated genuine hospitality, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. Their professionalism, coupled with their willingness to go the extra mile, contributed significantly to the overall experience. Overall, Four Seasons Singapore delivers understated elegance, impeccable service, and a level of comfort that makes every stay special. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

We as adults enjoyed our stay however I really want to compliment the staff and hotel for the treatment my kids aged 3 5 and 9 got , they were super friendly and caring towards them from amenities to a personalised in room experience. My son was not well the one morning at breakfast later that evening they sent him a balloon , card and chocolates. Excellent customer service

We have been fortunate enough to stay in some of the finest hotels in the world and without hesitation, the Four Seasons Singapore stands apart from all of them. The service here operates at a level that is genuinely difficult to articulate. Every single member of staff, without exception, was warm, attentive and thoughtful in a way that felt entirely natural rather than rehearsed. Our daughter was with us and the team went out of their way to make her feel as much a guest as we were. When she was visibly tired at dinner, staff noticed without being prompted and brought something to keep her occupied. Throughout the stay, every member of the team made a genuine effort to engage with her. When we had to make an unplanned hospital visit, the hotel was completely accommodating, handling the situation with calm and care that took real pressure off what was already a stressful moment. It is the detail that sets this hotel apart. Baby toiletries were provided and when we mentioned our daughter had nappy rash in passing, they went out and sourced cream. We happened to mention a muffin we had enjoyed during a stay 2 years ago and it appeared at breakfast the following morning. The standard here is such that even when something fell short, we genuinely would have felt uncomfortable raising it. That says everything about the environment they create. An exceptional stay.
