Citadines City Centre Tbilisi

Very nice Apartment Hotel in the heart of Tbilisi. "Tho it is centrally located, it is not exactly on the road but there is a small entrance next to the Marriot that you have to pass to see it. Better book an airport pick up with them so you dont lose your way. The staff are nice. They clean the room everyday. We got a room with a mountain view so it was a nice stay. The room is enough for us (3 persons). The price is reasonable. We had a good night's sleep. Thank u, Citadines. We'll come back again.

I'm giving this place 5* due to receptionists being awesome. We got there a bit early and they gave complementary early check-in (don't expect this as it was based on availability). We also needed some help translating Georgian which was written so cursive that Google Translate didn't work and they spent time to help, even looking up on internet as they were medical terms. Now, the room though, everything was decent-good. However, the Wi-Fi not working every now and then that we had to switch to 5G occasionally. So, this was a 6* service, 5* location and 4* room = a 5* overall for me.

Nightmare experience: Broken facilities, lost property, and staff harassment I rarely write bad reviews, but our stay at Citadines City Center was a disaster. The room was in poor condition: the stove didn't work, half the power sockets were dead, and the toilet was blocked when we arrived. But the service was the real nightmare. Housekeeping threw away a plastic bag containing my clothes. When we reported this, the Front Office staff were not only reluctant to admit the mistake or apologize, but they became hostile. To make matters worse, the staff kept calling us to argue after we made the complaint. I expected a basic standard from a normal hotel, but this was shocking. Broken amenities are one thing, but rude staff who throw away guest property with hostile arguments is unacceptable. Avoid this place.
