River Side

We stayed at this hotel for a week and hence we can provide feedback as reasonably as possible. We were initially given a room facing the roadside with a decent view of the mountains. But the roadside noise/view was a letdown. There was also an issue with the door lock- we couldn't lock the door from inside, although it was locked from outside. So, we asked for a change and we were given a room that had a balcony abutting the greenery outside. The mountains were also visible. We liked this very much. We must thank Vika for this. She also helped arrange for a smooth airport transfer when we arrived at the Tbilisi International Airport. The staff members were cordial and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a fairly good range of food items that were mostly nutritious and healthy. They were nourishing for all our daily activities and trips outside the hotel. Kudos to the team for this! That having been said, a general issue that warrants attention and may cause inconvenience to some people is the small size of most rooms that the hotel labels as 'Standard'. Hence, 4 stars in my rating. Overall, we as a family had a comfortable stay at this hotel.

I have nothing to complain about the service, but hotel in general did not please us at all. The breakfast has very few options, some fruits, bread, cakes, but I did not like. The only good thing about the breakfast for me is that they make you an omelet if you ask. The rooms are ok, but we had to ask 2 times for toilet papers because there was no in the room and when it finishes they don’t replace it. Also we were in the 5th floor and it’s too noisy at night when they play the music on the terrace upstairs
