Andaz 5th Avenue

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and Sasha truly made our experience exceptional! She was absolutely amazing from the moment we checked in. She helped us with everything we needed, offered us cool water, and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Our room was incredible — spacious, comfortable, and even better than we expected. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful view of the New York Public Library, which made the stay even more special. Sasha also went above and beyond by helping us with directions and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. She was so welcoming, kind, and attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. A huge thank you to Sasha for making our stay so memorable!

We really loved our stay at Andaz 5th Avenue. You couldn’t ask for a better location — right on Fifth Avenue, opposite the New York Public Library and Bryant Park. Our suite was on the 12th floor, and the view from the window was beautiful: the library, the park, the Manhattan skyline, and that great New York City atmosphere. The suite was spacious and extremely clean. What surprised us most was how quiet it was, even though we were staying right in the middle of Manhattan. We also really liked the hotel’s relaxed style. There’s no traditional reception desk when you walk in, which makes the whole experience feel more personal and less formal. Most importantly, the staff were excellent — warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we asked for. For us, Andaz 5th Avenue had everything we wanted: a perfect location, a great view, a large and comfortable room, and outstanding service. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to New York. Highly recommended!

The room was comfortable, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with technology that made the stay particularly convenient. The service was excellent as well. The staff were professional, friendly, and responsive, and the overall experience felt very polished. I especially appreciated how the hotel combines the traditional expectations of a high-end property with a more modern and innovative style. Overall, Andaz 5th Avenue is an excellent choice for a New York stay, particularly if you appreciate modern design, technology, and a great location.
