W Verbier

We had an exceptional four-night stay. The overall experience was truly outstanding — the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring perfect rest each night. Service throughout the hotel was impeccable, from breakfast to the front desk. The breakfast was generous and refined, the atmosphere elegant and relaxing, and the spa treatments were excellent. A special thank you to Maude at the front desk. During the Easter holiday, when our child experienced an earache, she acted swiftly to arrange a doctor and medication. Her care and efficiency made a meaningful difference to our stay. A seamless and memorable experience — we would gladly return.

Fantastic hotel right at the end of a ski slope in Verbier Medran. So you can ski back down. The gondola is about 50m from the ski room, so perfect to start from. The rooms are very beautiful with a very comfortable bed, big balcony and lots of closet space. The bathroom very well equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. Toilet behind a separate door. Only thing that could be improved was that the bathroom had almost no privacy because of the way it was connected to the bedroom. All the staff at the hotel were very very nice and totally service oriented. We loved sitting in the living room with live DJ playing, great music nice drinks. Shout out to Stella who on our last evening had bought a goodbye present for our dog, that was so cute of her. Breakfast was truly amazing, suitable for every taste, plenty of healthy options but delicious guilty pleasures as well. The sushi restaurant served delicious food and the brasserie was also great.

Extremely disappointing hotel. We were not expecting to find opened (consumed) bottles of beer and soda in our fridge. We complained to the staff and they never apologized or offered even a free coffee. The room had a great view but the bathroom is part of the room, not for everyone. The restaurant is okay, pricey and the food nothing special. They told us to vacate the hotel early on our last day to make place for others. I was pregnant heavily and not enjoying it at all so we left, but if we had come for skiing, this would have been very disappointing. Staff don’t respect customers. We know to take our money elsewhere.
