First time staying at voco Bandung, and I’m truly impressed by the service and hospitality. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What made the experience even more memorable was how responsive and caring the team was when my child had an unexpected accident and needed medical attention. A special thank you to Pa Joshua and Pa Akmal, as well as the security and driver team, who acted swiftly and calmly to assist us and take my child to the hospital. Your genuine care and prompt response meant so much to our family. Thankfully, my little one is doing much better now—and even asked to go swimming and have breakfast this morning. Thank you, voco Bandung, for the warm hospitality and truly good service. An experience we will remember.
