I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tunis Marriott hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The customer service was outstanding, with every member of the team going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hospitality was truly remarkable. I felt welcomed, valued, and well taken care of throughout my visit. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, creating a relaxing environment that made my stay even more enjoyable. The food was another highlight. Every meal was well-prepared, delicious, and presented to a high standard. The variety and quality of the menu reflected a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott in Tunis, and one of the highlights was the exceptional service provided by Eya. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She always greeted guests with a warm smile and went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. What stood out most was her natural ability to make guests feel valued and comfortable without ever being intrusive. Clean, comfortable, close to the airport. Quiet, air conditioning works, food and drinks are good. The service (especially the concierge’s desk - Mr. Farouk in particular) is excellent. Tunis itself is not a great place, and other than the Sheraton, there’s no other or better place to stay really. Quick, easy, safe (not that there’s anything around it and no reason to leave the hotel except by car), and relatively inexpensive access by driving / tour service to Carthage and other historic sites, with descent amenities on site, again, make this a first choice for a stay. As a MB platinum elite, the M Club was nice, and the food and drinks in the evening were worth a visit before dinner.
