The St. Regis Aspen Resort

I’m updating a previous review because our most recent experience at the St. Regis Aspen reminded me why this property has always held such a special place in my heart. The very first time I visited Aspen, I stayed for a week at the St. Regis during a much‑needed relaxing cousin trip. I fell in love with Aspen, and a huge part of that was because of the hotel itself — the staff, the atmosphere, the location tucked right at the top of downtown with the mountains rising behind it. It was one of those trips that you talk about over and over with family and friends! This past week, my husband and I returned and had a small hiccup in service. And then Olivier and Sam stepped in and showed us exactly why the St. Regis is one of the top luxury brands in the world. It’s always the service!!!! Sam spent time over two different days showing my husband what an incredible property it is and reminding me why I always felt the St. Regis Aspen such a unique and wonderful property. Sam's warmth, professionalism, and genuine care completely reset our experience. Jason at the pool bar also delivered exceptional hospitality — the kind that makes you feel seen, welcomed, and taken care of. Because of Sam and Jason, my husband and I are now seriously considering the St. Regis Aspen Residences as a long‑term option. If you have not yet been, the property itself is stunning!!!! Nestled at the edge of downtown Aspen, you’re steps from exceptional dining and shopping while still feeling wrapped in the mountains. The spa is world class, the restaurant is consistently excellent, and whether you’re here for a business trip, a relaxing girls’ weekend, or a romantic getaway, this hotel is top on my list of recomendations. Huge gratitude to Sam and Jason in the F&B department for reminding us what exceptional service looks like.

We've been coming to the St. Regis Aspen every July 4th week for six years now, and there's a reason we keep coming back — this place is simply in a class of its own. The service here doesn't just meet expectations, it consistently exceeds them in ways that feel genuine rather than scripted. I have to give a very special shoutout to Jerry Sextro. Jerry provided unbelievable service and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you Jerry! We are incredibly grateful.

The Butler Service team at The St. Regis Aspen turned my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary into an unforgettable celebration. Natasha and her team decorated the room with a rose petal “40” heart and balloons, arranged a custom chocolate cake reading, and even placed two framed photos in the room, one from my parents’ wedding day and one recent, so they could reflect on their journey together. The communication throughout was warm, responsive, and genuinely caring. Natasha remained involved and helpful even on her day off. When small hiccups came up, the team handled them quickly and kept us in the loop. My parents came back to a beautifully transformed room and were deeply touched. This level of creativity and follow through is rare, and it made a milestone celebration truly special. Enormous thanks to Natasha and the Butler team.
