I gave 1 star because of can not choose 0 star, the worst experience with hotel ever in my life, first, we are facing no water available, too bad experience specifically when you having shower at half way, second hair dryer not working at all, third, air conditioner can not adjust, the room like a freezer at night. Fouth, the bed too wet and uncomfortable at all. The hotel lack of management and maintaining, wall is dirty and paint peeling. Parking area too less, just about 5 or 6 cars space only. Any how, this is my first time to give such a low score to a hotel, and really it's my worst experience, not recommended to stay this hotel until they refresh it and change all management.

I would not recommend this hotel for families due to poor hygiene and cleanliness. Housekeeping standards were very disappointing, and the room was not properly maintained. We found a defective chair in our room, and the electric kettle was rusted inside. Even after we complained, the replacement kettle was also rusted, which was unacceptable. The night reception staff, Mr. Abdulla Nasser, was not helpful or supportive. When I reported these issues to him, he showed little concern and did not take appropriate action. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with good customer service, I recommend choosing a different hotel.

It's a good hotel. Gets you the job done. But it doesn't necessarily embody the "Oman" image as advertised. Dont get me wrong, it is pretty decent. Service is not bad, pool is good, rooms are good, but I wouldn't mind a better (one that doesnt leave shoe prints on your floor) service, fluent English speaking staff, and better offers of course
