The hotel is nice and deserves its 4-star rating. The location is fairly easy to access and not too close to a main road, so it’s quite peaceful. The room is spacious, clean, and meets 4-star standards. However, if possible, please don’t provide Nescafé sachets for the coffee. At least replace them with Excelso. The breakfast at the restaurant is complete, and the taste is quite good. However, the pasta was a bit hard, and the fried fish with batter was also a little too hard. I also couldn’t find any salad, although maybe I didn’t explore the food selection thoroughly enough. The swimming pool is clean. However, it might be better not to provide the small boats/floats because they make the pool feel crowded and less comfortable for guests who want to swim more seriously. But overall, it’s very good. Recommended.

Good Indonesian (specifically Sundanese) style breakfast, thank you for good latte from A Rizal. Clean rooms, big parks, spacious parking lot, plenty of playgrounds for children. Service are awkward sometimes but it's nothing major. Access is a bit tight for bigger cars, but buses can still pass through with some effort. Overall very nice stay.

We booked two room and were happily give a connecting room as requested, which we really appreciated. The hotel was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. One of the café staff members, named Ayu, was especially kind, very helpful, and provided outstanding service for our dinner. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel Thank u
