Everything was perfect! The rooms were spotless, the service was excellent, and the entire staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and every meal was enjoyable. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Simba, Mido,Turky and Mostafa(Concierge) for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism—they truly made our stay even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We have had the loveliest time at Sunrise. The hotel is beautiful, with plenty of choice when it comes to food, so there was always something for everyone. What really made our holiday, though, was the staff. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A special mention has to go to Ahmed in the lobby bar and Alaa in the pool bar. They were both incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely made our holiday extra special. Their hard work and kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful stay. We wouldn't hesitate to return!

Great hotel, perfect service. Rooms were cleaned daily with towel art left on the beds, thanks to Eslam our maid. Swim up bar was a nice touch, shout out to Alaa who made us great cocktails all day! Beach was lovely for snorkelling and the shuttle bus was quick and frequent. The lobby bar was nice in the evening, thanks to Ahmed who made great cocktails for us in the evenings! Soho square was a nice outing in the evening and not too far away. We went to the Indian Al a Carte one evening and the food there was great. All inclusive buffet was decent, and entertainment was mostly the same every day.
