Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center

We had a great 5 day stay here. The room: comfortable bed, cleaned daily by their fantastic housekeeping, and the water pressure was great. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the lounge snacks and drinks were a nice bonus. Plus the staff in there were always welcoming and friendly. The location was great for walking. Not right in the mix, but close enough to have some quiet away from city noise. Upgrades are happening currently (June 2026) but it wasn’t messy or obtrusive. The added bonus was the special birthday request my husband asked for help with and the staff delivered. 💖 what an awesome surprise when we arrived back to our room filled with decorations, some sweet notes, and delicious cake. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Cannot say enough about the help from Martina and Ariana at the front desk and the entire staff here. Place is updated nicely. The club is comfy. Rooms are very clean. Multiple options to sit and enjoy the World Cup downstairs and also the bar being open til 1am was nice. From day 1 through day 5, they have been nothing short of amazing. Celebrated my wife’s birthday here and the front desk and cleaners made it a memorable one. Thanks to everyone involved. We’ll definitely be back here again.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Buenos Aires, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel is clearly very old, and this is visible in almost every aspect, both inside and outside the property. Our initial room had multiple issues. The air conditioning was unable to properly cool the room, and the toilet would not flush correctly. After complaining several times and changing rooms twice, we were finally moved to what was described as a “newly renovated” room. Unfortunately, even this renovated room had numerous problems. There were dead pixels on the television screen, the shower base was warped and uneven, and there were dirty stains on the chairs and other surfaces. It was obvious that the renovation had been done cheaply and without proper attention to detail. Out of all the Sheraton hotels I have visited worldwide, this is by far the most disappointing one. I will definitely not return to this property.
