Amazing! 🥰 Wonderful service—I don't have enough words to describe how great this hotel is. Everything was simply wow! 😍😍 The room was spotless, neat, and very comfortable. The staff were highly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The reception team was especially respectful,( Miss Aygun )welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely stay here again!

The Food was mainly continental. Frankly speaking, a hotel is a place that welcomes people from across the globe, especially in a diverse destination like Dubai. During our 3-day stay with triple occupancy, however, we were disappointed that we could not find a good Indian cuisine option during the first two days. The breakfast spread was predominantly continental. I feel the hotel should be more sensitive to the food preferences of its guests and, wherever possible, understand their preferences at the time of check-in and communicate them to the kitchen/pantry team. As a guest, I should not have to specifically request Indian cuisine only after being asked for feedback. That said, I would like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Krish Patel, who personally stepped in at the right time. He followed up with me throughout the day to understand our preferences for breakfast on the third day and ensured that our requirements were taken care of. He prepared an excellent uttapam and sambar for the three of us, which we thoroughly enjoyed. What stood out most was his proactive approach and genuine effort to understand and accommodate our needs. We would like to personally convey our sincere thanks to Mr. Krish Patel for his attentiveness, initiative, and hospitality. His efforts made a noticeable difference to our stay. At the same time, I hope the hotel management takes this feedback constructively and considers being more proactive about understanding guests' dietary and cuisine preferences from the beginning.

After staying at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana for approximately 9 days, we are leaving extremely satisfied with our experience. First of all, we would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality throughout our stay. Their friendly attitude and attention made us feel truly welcome and valued as guests. We would especially like to express our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Aygün at the reception, who took such wonderful care of us, and to Ms. Kaouther from the kitchen team. Their kindness, helpfulness, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly outstanding. At the same time, we would like to emphasize that it was not only these two wonderful ladies — every member of staff we encountered was friendly, respectful, helpful, and professional. You can clearly feel that this hotel is very well organized, with a strong sense of discipline and a genuine commitment to making guests happy. From the cleanliness and quality of service to the attitude of the staff and the overall atmosphere, we had a truly wonderful experience. A big thank you to the entire Rose Rayhaan by Rotana team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. When we return to Dubai, this will definitely be one of the hotels we would be happy to choose again. We wish the entire team continued success. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
