Radisson Blu Yerevan

It's a good hotel. The rooms are large and spacious, there is a beautiful green area, a nice pool and jacuzzi. The reception was nice, but the bar waiters were not friendly. We sat there at night to drink beer that we had bought from the supermarket and wanted to drink it outdoors. They didn't let us and generally treated us rudely.

A nice, elegant hotel, though it is far from the city center. Overall, our stay was good, but there are a few things worth mentioning: 1. We had trouble adjusting the shower's hot water. Even after six days, it was still a challenge. 2. We were locked out of our room four times because the key card stopped working. Each time, we had to go to the reception desk to have it reprogrammed. They repeatedly blamed us for the problem. 3. On one occasion, housekeeping took away our used towels but did not replace them with clean ones. 4. The elevators are slow, and one of them is not always in service. 5. The coffee prices in the lobby are disproportionately expensive.
