Phos The Boutique

Thank you, Phos, for an unforgettable experience. Everything was exceptional—from the service and the room to the breathtaking views. For us, the location away from the busy tourist areas was actually a huge plus. It allowed us to enjoy a more peaceful, authentic experience, and it truly made our stay even more special.

We booked Phos in December 2025 as part of a 12 day tour of the island. The day before we were due to arrive we were contacted by the manager who was very apologetic but explained that for reasons outside of their control the hotel could not open as planned. However, he had arranged for us to stay at a related property of a similar high standard, very close by, which we looked at and were happy to accept. He also made arrangements regarding the price and kept in contact with us while we were in the Akroteri area. I am posting this because, although we didn't get to stay here it is a credit to the hotel and management that they sorted the issue out with seamless efficiency which hopefully will give other travellers confidence that they will be well looked after, even if something doesn't go according to plan. It's relatively straightforward to provide a great service when everything works well but the mark of a quality establishment is what they do when it all goes wrong through no fault of theirs. In this case Phos exceeded our expectations for which we are very, very grateful.
