14/15th July- 3 rooms stay. (217) Overall, our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The property is beautiful, and from the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed. Every member of the staff we encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful—until we had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Luca, the receptionist on duty that evening. His attitude was disappointing and completely out of place in an otherwise excellent hotel. He showed little interest in assisting us when we needed directions to the car park late at night and was unwilling to help with even the simplest request. When we asked if he could help us find a cigarette lighter or even a box of matches, his response was simply that he did not smoke and therefore had nothing to offer, without making any effort to suggest an alternative or assist in any way. What made the experience particularly disappointing was not the refusal itself, but the dismissive and indifferent manner in which we were treated. The contrast between his attitude and the outstanding service provided by the rest of the hotel staff was remarkable. In fact, anticipating that he would refuse to help, I recorded our interaction, which accurately reflects the lack of professionalism we experienced. This hotel deserves its excellent reputation, and it is unfortunate that one employee was able to overshadow what would otherwise have been a perfect stay. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue promptly, as Luca’s attitude does not reflect the high standards of hospitality demonstrated by the rest of the team. Thank you to everyone else who made our stay enjoyable. It truly is a beautiful hotel, and with better customer service from every member of the front desk team, it would be exceptional.

Highly recommend NH Graz City! This was my second time staying here for business, and spending a full week here proved once again that it is the perfect choice. They even put me in the exact same room, Room 2320, which made me feel right at home for the extended stay! The location is unbeatable—situated right next to a beautiful park and just a short, easy walk to the historic Old Town. The hotel is modern, very clean, and incredibly quiet, making it easy to relax or catch up on work after a busy day. The staff were welcoming as always, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the fresh breakfast buffet was the perfect start to the morning. It is officially my go-to base in Graz! 🥰

A short but wonderful stay. The hotel is very well maintained, and even the smallest room without a sea view was spacious enough for the three of us, with a lovely view of the city park. There was plenty of space, a large bathroom with an excellent shower, and the room felt comfortable and inviting despite not being a premium option. The beds were very comfortable, the hotel was spotless, and the location in the heart of the Old Town is excellent. The value for money is outstanding. We chose not to have breakfast as we found it a little pricey, but the room itself was very affordable and exceeded our expectations.
