Mercure Hotel Stuttgart Airport Messe

We stay in the hotel for a week due to a training taking place in the hotel. The hotel is dog friendly 🐶 🐕. The staff it's really amazing. During the whole stay the staff was always willing to help the guest in a friendly and polite manner. The hotel rooms and the hotel in general had better times. The decor it's very standard budget hotel, yet a lot of thing seems to be broke. Toiltes, walls that need a cover of paint, oddly painted walls, crushed trash bins and others. The TV doesn't support apps, and most of the TV channels didn't work. :( The buffet breakfast was plenty with a lot of options so you always had something. I also had the chance to had lunch at the hotel, ithe options were limited but you were able to find something to eat. In getnal great staff, a hotel that need some love and some investment in the common areas and some updates. However, the super friendly staff and how great they were with our dog give us the impression that the hotel manager it's doing an amazing job working with limited resources.

What a nice surprise we had arriving in this hotel! Clean , very professional staff , great service, rooms are spacious and comfortable! Breakfast was very good and rich. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, coffee shop etc.. as a tour guide I was impressed and so was our group 😄 And the restaurant of the hotel has great food and Fabio the master will take great care of yous 🥰
