We recently had the pleasure of returning for a long stay this August at Jumeriah Residences Marsa Al Arab and our stay was absolutely sensational. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with incredible hospitality by the team at the residences especially by Gulnar, Erin & Davos. We were staying in an exceptional one bed suite which had views of the ocean and the iconic Burj Al Arab which were simply sensational day or night. Our room service team were absolutely amazing and provided a service that was more than 5 stars worthy during our whole stay. Special thanks to Dhanish, Faisal & the team as they were absolutely amazing. The residence is a very special place to stay as it’s very personalised and you are welcomed always like a family member. The facilities at the residences are amazing and more than 5 stars and it’s a short buggy journey where you can enjoy the hotel and all its exceptional facilities too. The residences private pools and cabanas are simply sensational and the team are exceptional especially Nahom & Adams. The restaurant at the residences is absolutely amazing and the breakfast and dinner is sensational not forgetting the 5 star service which is like nothing you have experienced before we can assure you. Let’s not forget the breakfast at the Fore which for us is the benchmark for all hotels in Dubai, special thanks to Yousef, Cindy & Aya. Highly recommended to all with a family as you will not regret to stay here at all and once you do stay here you will find it very difficult to stay anywhere else in Dubai and that’s coming from us who have been staying in Jumeriah hotels for 20 years now. Special thanks to the concierge team who were never far away for anything we needed at anytime especially Cèsar, Fatima and the team. We can’t wait to go back to our second home. An unforgettable stay at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residence. Last year, we had the pleasure of staying at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, and we had an amazing experience. This summer, we decided to take it one step further and stay at the Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residence for the first time and honestly, it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly special. What stood out most was not only the beautiful Residence itself, but the people who made our stay feel like a true home away from home. A special thank you to Wasim at reception, whose customer service was exceptional. He was always attentive, genuinely caring, and constantly looking for ways to make our stay even more pleasurable. His warmth and personal touch made such a difference. Our housekeeping team, Kismat, Punam, Belal, Ester, Saiful, Arya and Anumati were absolutely wonderful. Our room was kept immaculate throughout our stay, but it was the thoughtful surprises that really made us smile. Coming back to find Pierre Hermé macarons, beautiful dates, fresh fruit platters, slippers and even personalised beach bags with our initials was such a lovely touch. It was clear that so much thought and care went into every detail. The doormen deserve a special mention too. They were genuinely the best we have ever experienced. Always smiling, always welcoming, opening and closing the doors, and even asking if we needed water while waiting for our Uber. Their warmth and attentiveness never went unnoticed. Breakfast at The Commodore Club was another highlight. Every member of the breakfast team was exceptional and made us feel so well looked after. They even managed to get my dad's boiled eggs perfectly right every single morning, no easy task as he is famously fussy about them! 😂 The fact that they remembered exactly how he liked them and consistently got them right says everything about the level of service. The pool team were equally fantastic. The lifeguards were extremely professional and worked incredibly hard, while the pool staff took such wonderful care of us throughout the day. A particular thank you to the gentleman from Ethiopia, who was always so attentive and thoughtful. Fresh water with ice, Evian face spray, and then the unexpected little treats while we were relaxing, ice lollies, matcha, strawberry mochi and handmade truffle crisps were such wonderful surprises. It is these little details that make a great hotel stay become something truly unforgettable. The Residence gave us exactly what we wanted from our holiday: peace, luxury, incredible service and the chance to completely switch off and reset. Every member of staff we encountered made us feel valued, welcomed and genuinely cared for. We left feeling completely relaxed, incredibly well looked after and already looking forward to coming back. Thank you to the entire team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residence for giving us such a wonderful holiday and creating memories that we will treasure. Wonderfull residence, very welcoming and attentive staff. They all make you feel right at home. My entire family was always accommodated and was always taken care of. The rooms are spacious and well thought put, the restaurant is very welcoming. One of the strongest points of the Residence is the private residence pool. Great design and feeling , and it is a especially welcoming and luxurious place thanks to the two gentlemen working here Nahom and Adams, who every day for the past months we have been living here had made every day special and catered to all of our needs.
