Jumeirah Mina A'Salam

This is our first visit back since 2013 and honestly we weren't disappointed. The hotel is a mix of Arabic and contemporary vibes, rooms are spacious and well stocked. We had a few issues with room location but Aleksandra was an absolute dream to deal with. From finding us the perfect room, to helping with the stay, she made it one not to forget. The kids loved it and honestly even though there were a few issues (wild wadi closed and only al a carte restaurant options for dinner) this was not due to the hotel itself but outside issues. Aleksandra went above and beyond her remit to ensure our trip was not spoiled. Aziz at the front desk was also great. He was polite and always friendly to us all, always taking time to interact with the children and make sure they were always happy.

I had a wonderful stay at jumeirah mina al salam. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I truly appreciated how the team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The whole resort is so beautiful and peaceful that will make you relax. Housekeeping did a great job, ensuring everything stayed clean and organized. What really stood out was the level of service — every staff member I interacted with was professional, polite, and eager to help. Whether it was assisting with my requests or offering recommendations, they consistently exceeded my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing stay. Worth every penny you will spend, I will definitely be coming back!
