I would like to express my sincere thanks to the Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah team for an unforgettable stay. The room on a high floor offered a breathtaking, full Haram view that made our spiritual journey truly special. The breakfast buffet was absolutely superb with a fantastic variety. The housekeeping team was extremely respectful, neat, and attentive. Every single staff member—from the welcoming reception desks to the incredible concierge service—went above and beyond, providing a level of hospitality that is truly beyond imagination. The airport limousine service was also highly professional and perfectly on time. This is hands down the best place to stay in Makkah. Highly recommended!

Our 5-night stay at Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah was truly wonderful. The hotel itself is excellent — beautifully maintained, comfortable, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is also fantastic, making it very convenient for visiting the Haram, which made our time in Makkah much more peaceful and manageable. The food deserves a special mention as well. Every meal offered great variety. It really added to the overall experience and comfort of our stay. We were especially grateful for the exceptional housekeeping service. Delouar Hossain took outstanding care of us throughout the entire stay. He was attentive, kind, and always ensured our room was perfectly clean and well-prepared when we returned after long hours of ibadah. His service genuinely made a difference and we deeply appreciated his dedication. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and felt well looked after in every way. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah — we would happily stay here again.

Awesome rooms very spacious! Bed and pillows are super duper comfortable. Aircon temperature is very good. Toilet is not freezing cold like some other hotel! Restaurant Tagine is fantabulous! Drinks are very nice! Desserts are out of this world! Highly recommended!!! Thank you to the staff and management for making is one of the best hotel stays Ive had in Makkah ❤️❤️ Walking distance to Masjid is about 10mins. Love that LuLu supermarket is just downstairs, easy to buy extra drinks, ice cream, big zam zam water at like 10 riyals. Will definately return back here :))
