Had a wonderful stay with the family on vaccation. The staff are very warm and welcoming. The facilities at the hotel are fantastic, hand in hand with excellent service from them.Everything was well managed by the team. The location is very good, free parking if you have a rental car and easy access as you are close to business centre and the beach. Would happily stay again with family.

I checked in at 5:00 AM and was assigned Room 2515. Upon arrival, I discovered that the air conditioning was not functioning, which is a fundamental amenity that should be fully operational in any hotel room. I immediately contacted reception to report the issue. A technician attended twice but was unable to resolve the problem and advised that a senior technician would be required. Unfortunately, no follow-up was made, and I was not contacted afterward. At approximately 12:30 PM, I reached out again to request assistance. Another technician visited but still could not fix the issue. I also attempted to contact reception twice more; my calls initially went unanswered, and although I later received a callback, no effective solution was provided. This level of service is highly disappointing and does not meet basic hospitality standards, especially considering the importance of a properly functioning air conditioning system for guest comfort. I strongly urge the General Manager to personally review this case and take the necessary actions to ensure that such situations are handled promptly and professionally in the future. Overall, this experience has been very frustrating and has significantly impacted my stay.
