Overall decent hotel. Location on quiet street but quick walk from Kuressaare main square. Breakfast was yummy with plenty of options and good coffee. Spa was clean and with nice saunas. Kind and friendly service by all employees I interacted with. Some things that were somewhat bothering me: the sink in our bathroom was way too small so when using it, half of the water ended on the floor. Also some water splashed out from the shower side of the bathroom. As a result, there was a puddle in our bathroom floor and no way to push the water back to the shower drain either. No idea why the bathroom was designed like this. The room was too hot and humid, the aircon either didnt exist or didnt work properly. There was no way to set the temperature of the room which at this price point should be pretty standard. The outdoor area of the spa could have been larger and with more sitting and lounging options.

Below expectations. Service is good. But room is not comfortable: not comfortable seats, small and narrow table, no air conditioner (but good ventilation), un-cozy design (a lot of raw concrete with small patches of wood on doors). City view appeared to be just an inner yard with small bar. During night (around 5 am) there were very loud visitors (even though the bar was closed). Breakfast is okay.
