Il San Corrado di Noto

Honestly, one of the best, if not the best experience we’ve ever had at a hotel. This is a very special place that allows exceptional access to the Noto region and all of Southeastern Sicily. If you’re considering this region at all this hotel is an absolute must. By far the best breakfast spread at any European hotel I’ve been to. The gym is just enough and the pools are incredible. The staff is super attentive - such wonderful people. The room layouts and design (especially the shower/bath) is exceptional. The attention to detail and wood framing/doors in the rooms is straight out of a design magazine. The only let down is that there aren’t more of this exact hotel in other locations around Sicily and Italy. If I could give it 10 stars I would - don’t think twice, book with absolute confidence.

Paradise! I honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay. The rooms are huge, luxurious, and absolutely spotless. Housekeeping and turndown service every day kept everything sparkling. The food was incredible, the pools were beautiful, and the beach club was just a short shuttle or drive away with easy parking and a gorgeous beach. Noto itself was also just a quick shuttle or drive away, making it so easy to explore. What truly made this place unforgettable was the staff. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, and the hospitality here was unlike anything I’ve experienced. They made us feel completely at home while still giving us every luxury. We had to leave at 4:00 a.m. for our flight, and they had a beautifully packed breakfast box waiting for us. It’s little touches like that that make all the difference. I can’t wait to come back. Until then, I’ll be dreaming about this special place.

We spent several days at Il San Corrado di Noto with the family and left genuinely impressed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive from arrival to departure nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and wonderfully quiet, which made a real difference after full days out. Breakfast was outstanding, with quality and variety that set the tone for the whole day. The 100-metre pool is something else entirely we’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and have never seen anything like it. The gym is properly equipped as well, which is not always a given at resorts like this. Food was excellent throughout, both the relaxed lunches by the pool and dinner at Principe di Belludia. Highly recommended for families looking for space, calm and real quality in the Val di Noto. We’ll be back.
