This truly feels like my second home! The location is safe, convenient, and perfectly situated. What keeps bringing me back, however, is the incredible people. The staff are some of the friendliest, kindest, and most professional individuals I have encountered. From the security team right through to the housekeeping staff. A special mention to Costa, who always took great care of me during breakfast and consistently made me feel welcome. The exceptional service and genuine hospitality are what have kept me returning time and time again. The only area for improvement would be the bathrooms, which could benefit from a more thorough deep clean, as there was a noticeable odour during my stay. Other than that, I had another wonderful experience and look forward to returning soon.
Had a really amazing time at the hotel from the moment we arrived. Reception friendliness, hospitality, rooms and breakfast. Thanks a lot to all the staff for making my wife’s 50th birthday a memorable one. Hats off to Kelebogile, Costar, Chef Nomonde and all the staff. Will be back again with our kiddos too
Google’da yorumu açFriendly staff and located in a quiet neighborhood. Appreciated the upgrade to a suite, but the room seemed to be a little run down. There were visible stains on the couch and the bathroom had a really bad sewer smell. The breakfast buffet was not as good as the Rosebank location and my silverware and cup was dirty.
