Hilton Vacation Club Villas de Santa Fe

We had such a great stay here. Everybody was so friendly. The staff was very accommodating. I even got a text asking me how my day was on day two and if we needed anything. We did need something on two different occasions and our needs were met within 10 minutes. Devon, the hotel manager went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. She is a very friendly, lovely person and we will definitely return!

I'd give them a 4.5 if I could. Spacious rooms with kitchenette, king bed, separate living area, 2 tv's, free parking and Wi-Fi. Pool, exercise room, two hot tubs, grill, outdoor seating. Fantastic location and convenient to everything. The young lady that handled our check-in was fantastic and offered us restaurant suggestions. I'd stay here again. P.S. Prefer daily maid service (covid was 6 years ago!) without having to request if. Hence, 4.5 rating vice 5 stars.

Great location for walking to the square and very spacious and clean rooms with couches and kitchenettes. The ceiling fan above the bed was really nice too. We only stayed one night but it was very accomodating. We did have to pay to park which is unfortunate but seems like most places that close to amenities charge so probably not that unusual.
