Hilton Tanger City Center Hotel & Residences

My stay at Hilton Tangier City Center was truly an exceptional experience in every aspect. This is a genuine 5-star hotel at the highest level, with an excellent location and a standard that clearly stands out from many others. One of the absolute highlights of the hotel is the Moroccan restaurant – simply phenomenal. The food was delicious, authentic, and perfectly executed in every detail, while the service deserves the highest possible praise. The staff were extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming – delivering a true “wow” experience. The Executive Lounge was also a fantastic experience – elegant, calm, and very comfortable. A perfect place to relax, with a great selection of wines (especially appreciated for Diamond members), a wonderful atmosphere, and exceptionally friendly service that takes care of every detail. The pool area also deserves special mention – a great atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The snacks served there were fresh and delicious, and the poolside service was always smiling, fast, and extremely helpful. The breakfast experience was outstanding as well – very high level, with a huge variety of dishes and products, all fresh and beautifully prepared. Combined with a stunning view and perfect service, it made every morning truly special. Special thanks also go to the reception team – exceptionally helpful and professional. In particular, I would like to highlight Imad and Mohamed, who showed great kindness, dedication, and willingness to assist in every situation. Thanks to them, the entire stay was even smoother and more comfortable. To sum up, Hilton Tangier City Center is a hotel at the absolute highest level, with an excellent location, outstanding cuisine, fantastic service, and a truly special atmosphere. Everything was “super, super, super” – and I can confidently say it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I will definitely come back.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location We had a very good experience at the Hilton City Centre Tangier. The hotel has a modern, open design with excellent facilities and a very comfortable feel throughout. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around Tangier and access the surrounding area. The hotel itself is modern, clean and well maintained. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Any small issues we raised were dealt with quickly and efficiently, which made a big difference to our stay. One minus was the road noise from our room. We stayed on the 5th floor but could hear cars beeping late into the night, however this wasn't a deal breaker as the traffic lessened by the time we went to sleep. Overall, a very good hotel with excellent facilities, a great location and genuinely friendly staff. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tangier.
