Hilton Reading

I stayed here on Valentine’s Day (14th February) and had the most amazing experience! I surprised my partner with a decorated room, and the lovely staff did an incredible job — they kept everything secret and decorated the room beautifully. I did bring some specific balloons myself, but that was just my personal touch. We spent most of our time relaxing in the room and brought our own drinks, but we also visited the pool and really enjoyed our time there. The overall atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff were wonderful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Excellent Hilton on the outskirts of Reading and just off the M4. Rooms are clean and have everything you need and the bed was really comfortable. Not the most up to date rooms I have stayed in but it was well maintained and clean. Staff attentive and the breakfast offered a really good choice. On site swimming pool and sauna which was nice to use and chill out after a long day. The one area of improvement would be the underground car park which I think needed a good sweep and a coat of paint.

Mattress was not comfortable at all gave my husband back pain next morning.Next door persons were quite noisy next Friday morning Couch had few stains, can't think to sit on it. Curtain hooks were loose bringing bright light in the morning. Felt room was not used for a while as there was funny smell moment we entered in the room.Hope management can take good action and make sure clean the room thoroughly before checking in
