Henann Resort Alona Beach

Stayed here for our honeymoon. the overall stay was great. Rooms: - Multiple rooms you can choose from. we chose the ground level room with garden and is also near the swimming pool. The room is clean, comfy bed, you can absolutely relax. The design of the interior is modern tropical which makes you feel the vacation vibe. Service: -Takes long to check in and check out. I would say typical hotel experience. employees are kind, helpful, and always wearing a smile on their face. -Location: -Very nice location especially if you want to dine outside the resort. There are lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, and services like banks just a few steps from the resort. Price: -You get what you pay for. I do not regret paying extra premium for the experience you'll get here Highly recommended!

12/2025 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I spent 2 beautiful days here at Henann Resort Alona Beach visiting my fiancée, and this was one of the most meaningful stops on our journey. Bohol is extra special because it’s the island where she was born and raised. Our stay here was unforgettable. The balcony room overlooking the pool was gorgeous, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect setting for us to relax and enjoy quiet, romantic moments together. The pool itself was stunning, and swimming side by side beneath the palm trees felt like a dream. Coming back to the Philippines — from a humble childhood here to building a life in the USA — fills my heart with gratitude. Being able to return and experience places like this makes it even more meaningful. This vacation meant everything to us. Sharing this peaceful paradise in Bohol is something we will always cherish, and one day, we hope to come back and retire here. Highly recommended — truly a 5-star experience all the way. 🌴

We stayed for 6 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, and housekeeping deserves special recognition for being quick and attentive whenever we requested something. One thing that stood out to me was the honesty and professionalism of the housekeeping team. My son accidentally left the safe open one day, and although it was obvious the room had already been cleaned, nothing went missing. That level of trustworthiness is always appreciated when traveling with family. The breakfast buffet had decent choices. Between the two dining areas, I found the staff at Coral Cafe noticeably more accommodating and welcoming compared to Sea Breeze Cafe. For families with kids, the beach pool being open until midnight is a huge plus. Children who still have energy after dinner will absolutely enjoy it. A small tip for future guests: avoid ordering snacks particularly french fries at the pool bar if you’re hungry. It took more than 30 minutes for ours to arrive. My main concern was with the additional costs attached to tours and services arranged through their travel agency partners. In other hotels and resorts, these partners usually operate through independent tour desks or kiosks within the property, which gives guests a clearer sense of pricing transparency. Here, the arrangement felt less straightforward than what I’ve experienced elsewhere. I also found it strange that there was a mandatory dinner buffet automatically charged upon check-in. Despite those points, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable overall, and we still had a good family experience.
