Grand Hyatt Amman

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with Grand Hyatt Amman. We’ve had the pleasure of organizing several activities at the hotel over the past few months, with more to come, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. A big thank you to Mr. Loay Joudat and Chef Majdi Albanna for their great support and professionalism. The team has always been very responsive and quick to deal with any request or issue we had, which made everything much easier and smoother for us. A special thank you to Chef Majdi, who is truly creative and always comes up with great ideas. His creativity, flexibility, and attention to detail really make a difference, and his ideas are honestly priceless. I’d also like to thank Mr. Odai, Sales Manager, and the hotel management for the excellent cooperation and support throughout our activities. Thank you all very much for making things so easy and smooth for us. We truly appreciate it and look forward to continuing our cooperation with Grand Hyatt Amman and having many more successful activities together. Highly appreciated and definitely recommended!

Everyone was so nice at this hotel. The room was lovely. The breakfast was perfect and the pool is fantastic. We really enjoyed staying here.At breakfast, Mohmoud Amira and Sami Abiurshed and the other waiters were so attentive and professional- what a joy! I did not get to meet the chefs, but they did an amazing job, preparing food that was so delicious

Genuinely one of, if not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Every single staff member is extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, from storing my bags for me while I went on a 2 day tour, to letting me use the spa even after I checked out so I could have a shower before my flight in the evening. The rooms are great, no complaints. I stayed in the king bed room and double twin throughout the week, both were exceptional. They also have the best hotel gym I’ve ever used. They literally have better machines than the gym I go to back home! the machines are great quality; they have a pec deck, leg extension, leg curl, chest press, lat pulldown, cable machine, smith machine, dumbbell rack, and several treadmills.
