Absolutely stunning! The service exceeded all expectations, making us feel truly valued. Our room, number 402, was nothing short of incredible—beautifully appointed and perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was a delightful experience, featuring a breathtaking spread. The pool and spa were exceptional—they're must-visits for relaxation. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Kronenhof in June 2026. The service was exceptional across every interaction: from check-in and housekeeping to breakfast and the lobby lounge. When I accidentally left behind a personal item in my room after checking out, the concierge team (Daniel) arranged to have it shipped to me immediately. Every minute of our stay was outstanding and we can’t wait to come back!

Grand Hotel Kronenhof is such a hidden gem in Switzerland. Of all the hotels we’ve stayed during our trip to 🇨🇭 this place is the number one hotel that left us with truly precious memories. The view is incredible. With hotel kronenhof we really experienced that alpine summer charm. Our stay begins at the train station when we got off from the Bernina Express, the driver from the hotel was perfectly punctual and helped us with our luggages. The pick-up was very smooth and elegant in their BMW. Once we entered the hotel, the receptionists were so professional and friendly in getting our room ready even though we got there early. He led us to our room, and recommend us to nearby attractions, which we did ended up going (that place was incredible!). Staffs during breakfast were also very professional and attentive to our needs. The only flaw was the staff at the pavilion appeared to be in a hurry when serving lunch, because a bigger group came in for lunch so we were a bit neglected. The spa area is also stunning. My mother and I spent hours relaxing on the loungers outside women’s section. The dried fruits also helped restore our energy after sauna. We adored the Belle Époque vibe and the fact that the lobby is quite modern and not outdated. The concierge was also very professional in reserving a ride to the funicular and back to train station. The driver was punctual as usual. Every handling was stress-free, smooth, and elegant. A textbook luxury hotel. My mother love this hotel so much. We surely will be coming back and stay for longer.
