Their professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help truly make us feel valued and well taken care of. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for guests. Their warm hospitality and excellent customer service make a great impression, and we truly appreciate their dedication and support. They are definitely an asset to the hotel and deserve special recognition for their outstanding service.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! ❤️ The staff were so helpful, respectful and caring. They looked after me so well and made sure I was comfortable, especially knowing that I am Deaf. 🤟❤️ I’m really going to miss this hotel! I had an excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton Sharjah and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharjah. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. A special thank you goes to Ahsan at the reception, who was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. He made the check-in process smooth and efficient and continued to provide excellent assistance whenever needed. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a spacious One-Bedroom Suite on a higher floor, which offered a fantastic view of the city. The suite was comfortable, well-maintained, and made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is clean, well-managed, and conveniently located, with friendly staff who genuinely care about guest satisfaction. Thank you to Ahsan and the entire team for making my stay memorable. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
