Eurostars Lucentum

The location is excellent. The historical centre is only 5 minutes away and the tram and bus both stop right outside. Unfortunately our room was facing the road which was very noisy. The windows must be very thin! Everything else was quite good but we didn't sleep well which does make a big difference. Luggage storage was very useful after check out.

My opinion, not a 4-star hotel at all. Maybe a fancy 2 or meh 3. The building looks promising. They do have nice staff at the reception. Apparently we had an older room, with a smell in the bathroom and a dirty one too. Curtains dirty and also with holes? It’s a beautiful location, middle of the city. Just very disappointing of the room. We also took breakfast with our stay, but the first morning we went there we saw mold on the cucumbers! When I see those kind of things I don’t trust the kitchen anymore at all!! We were supposed to stay at this hotel for 4 nights, we immediately asked for a refund and booked another hotel! Very disappointed, the reviews looked promising but reality was different in our experience.
