Enjoy Chiloe Hotel de la Isla

I have been staying at Enjoy Castro for over 15 years and have always appreciated the experience and location. However, during this visit I was surprised to learn that access to the shared hot tubs now costs $30.000 CLP for 30 minutes or $50.000 CLP for one hour. For a hotel in this category and price range, charging separately for shared wellness amenities feels unexpected and significantly changes the overall value of the stay. I hope management reconsiders this policy or improves transparency at the time of booking, as returning guests may be surprised by these additional charges.

A hotel on life support. The company that owns this hotel has been restructed and has a ton of debt and remains loss making. You can tell because even though you can see the hotel was built to the highest standards, everything has been left to rot and deteriorate, the bedroom has broken blinds, toilets rolls holders, aged furniture, damaged cupboards etc. the same is of the hotel facilities. Although not busy the breakfast is very average which is fine but what is not fine is that the serving area is so small that it's impossible to get to certain items and they run out quickly so you have to wait for them to be replaced.
