Embassy Suites Albuquerque - Hotel & Spa

This location was very nice. Rooms were clean, spacious, and nice. Even better, the staff was so friendly and accommodating! From asking questions about local sights, to borrowing a pen, they were there for every moment and did it with a smile. Not only a smile, but great to converse with. Also, on Friday evenings, they have a banana split bar and crafts for the kids. This was such a nice surprise and we loved it! The adults also enjoyed reception hour ;) Thank you for such a great experience and making time away from home enjoyable.

The employees at Embassy Suites were absolutely wonderful! Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. What stood out to me the most was how sweet and patient they were with my kids. They made my family feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable, which means so much when traveling with children. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and their positive attitudes and excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to come across an entire team that makes such a great impression. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Embassy Suites again because of the amazing hospitality we received.

The rooms were great. But the pool was gross. I understand that its a hotel but the chemicals were so high I did not allow my children to get in. The breakfast buffet was good and the night time snacks and drinks were awesome. One other thing when we showed up at 4pm for check in the original room was not ready and at the room they put us in there was a pile of dirty breakfast dishes outside our room. The hotel itself sits on the out skirts of downtown and there is a homeless population close by. No fault to the hotel of course.
