Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a good overall experience. By Hong Kong standards, the room was quite spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped with both a bathtub and a separate shower, and the water pressure was excellent. The room did have a slight smell, which could be improved, but it didn’t significantly affect my stay. I used the gym during my visit and found it decent for a hotel fitness facility. Breakfast was good, although I would have appreciated a bit more variety in the selection. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is convenient, with an MTR station within walking distance, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor areas for improvement.

We had a fantastic room on the 11th floor that was well laid out and the view of the racecourse area was excellent. Every staff member we engaged with were so friendly, accommodating and really helpful plus the service was first class. Eileen who was the housekeeper on level 11 and Eddie and Sammy from Club 28 were especially helpful. The location was also great as its close to everything. We will definitely be back !
