Crowne Plaza Alexandria Mirage

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, particularly when it came to billing transparency and customer service. The hotel added charges to my invoice for in-house services and items that I had never ordered or consumed. During checkout, they presented these additional charges, seemingly expecting the customer to pay without questioning the details. However, when I challenged the charges and requested the signed receipts as proof that I had actually availed of those services, the hotel took nearly **two hours** just to verify whether they had valid signed receipts. Unfortunately, they were unable to produce any signed receipts or evidence to support these charges. As I was already getting delayed and had other commitments, I eventually paid the full amount, including the charges for services and items that I had never consumed. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The food and dining experience was also disappointing. The menu offered several options, but when I requested some of those items, I was told that the chef was not available to prepare them. If certain menu items are not available, they should not be presented as available options to guests in the first place. Overall, the hotel appears to be **least concerned about customer satisfaction and service quality**. The biggest reason for my dissatisfaction—and the primary reason I would not consider staying at this hotel again—is the **incorrect charges added to my bill for items and services that I never consumed**. A hotel should maintain complete transparency in its billing and should be able to provide proper supporting documentation for every charge. Charging guests without valid proof is highly unprofessional and seriously damages customer trust. I would strongly recommend that the management review its billing practices, restaurant service standards, and overall approach towards customer satisfaction.

I booked a two-night stay, which was the perfect break from our usual routine. Two weeks before my arrival, I called to arrange my preferences, and Mr. Ezz from Reception handled everything professionally and efficiently. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink while my room was being prepared. Special thanks to Yousif, Amr, Abanob, Osama and the bell team for their warm hospitality and attentive service. During my stay, Menna followed up regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly, showing excellent attention to detail and genuine care for guests. At breakfast, I was warmly welcomed by the Restaurant Manager, and Ms. Asma and Islam provided outstanding service throughout my dining experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning soon.
