Covo dei Saraceni

Despite a bit of a rocky start because there was confusion on how many our reservations for two rooms were for, we had a wonderful time. Sev at the front desk welcomed us with open arms and found a wonderful solution for us and we quickly had a wonderful stay. Augusto at the pool and others served us a beautiful lunch and drinks every day. Lisa was fabulous at guest relations and even gave us recommendations for dinners at our next stop on our Italian adventure. I’ve seen a few reviews talk about the location being noisy because it’s right by the ferry stop. We had a completely different view point. We could people watch all day long and the view was amazing. We were right in the heart of town. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting positano!

Our stay at Covo dei Saraceni in Positano was truly unforgettable. Our room was immaculate, with spectacular views over the ocean that made every moment feel special. The service from every member of staff was exceptional. They were warm, attentive and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always making us feel that nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention to Lisa, who generously gave us her time and helped us plan each day, ensuring we were well looked after throughout our stay. The location is incredible, the service was perfect, and the entire experience was one we will remember for a very long time. Covo dei Saraceni made our stay in Positano truly memorable.

Covo dei Saraceni is truly a hidden gem perched right on the coastline, offering some of the most breathtaking views of Positano imaginable. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The front desk team runs the hotel with professionalism and warmth, making every interaction effortless. The rooms are beautifully maintained, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. One wonderful surprise was that the entire minibar—including alcoholic beverages—was complimentary, a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s restaurants are excellent, and every detail of the property reflects quality and care. A special thank you to Lisa, the hotel manager, whose gracious hospitality made our stay feel even more memorable and personal. I would also like to give an enormous shout-out to the incredible pool staff—the two gentlemen and my new Italian sister who looked after us so wonderfully each day. Your kindness, attention, and genuine warmth made our experience even more special. Between the exceptional staff, the unbeatable location, and the beauty of the hotel itself, I could not recommend Covo dei Saraceni more highly. We will cherish the memories of our stay and look forward to returning.
